The Casa Mar Azul unit is located on the top residential floor of the Mina condominium building. Amazing views of the ocean are available in the living area, wrap-around terrace and primary bedroom. Accents walls are painted in various shades of blue, and unique furnishings from Guadalajara provide comfort and a touch of elegance to your vacation experience. Remote controlled blinds in the living area and primary bedroom ensure that the transition from privacy to ocean views is just a touch away. A keyless entry with auto-lock provides security and easy access - no carrying keys around in your bathing suit! A fully-equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, in-sink garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender and full-sized refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water provide everything you need for enjoying meals at home.

Stacking floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the living space open the outdoor terrace to the living area, providing a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. Ceiling fans and mini-split air conditioning units in the living area, primary bedroom and secondary office/bedroom ensure comfort even in the warmest months. A combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarm has been installed for your safety and peace of mind. A full sized washer and dryer is available in the unit, meaning you don’t have to pack a change of clothes for every day!

The unit has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and rainwater shower heads: one is located in the primary bedroom, the other is in the hallway.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an upholstered headboard for sitting up in the morning and checking email (or just gazing out at the Pacific). A cheerful floral mural by noted Mexico City artist tili.mx has been painted on 2 walls of the primary bedroom. A floor-to-ceiling sliding door in the primary bedroom gives you access to the wrap around terrace. Remote controls and light switches mounted on the wall above one of the nightstands allow you to operate the ceiling fan, air conditioner, window blinds and room lights right from the comfort of bed. Two closets give you ample space for unpacking and keeping your clothes organized and wrinkle-free.

The secondary bedroom/office features a couch that converts into a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a dedicated working space for your laptop. A window above the working space looks out toward the town of Bucerías and the mountains to the east.

Large flat-screen TVs are mounted in the living area, primary bedroom and secondary bedroom/office. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick, which has been loaded with thousands of local channels from around the world. Streaming apps are also installed, so you can enjoy your favorite shows from Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. Fast WiFi means that you can connect all your devices for you work and entertainment needs.

Because Casa Mar Azul is located on the top residential floor, you have the most convenient access to the  amazing rooftop pool and patio area (one-floor away). Enjoy a cleansing dip in the pool or a quick rinse in the pool deck’s shower after a day at the beach, then pop down to your living space one floor below. Casa Mar Azul is an end unit, which means you are closest to the elevator and stairs, and you have more privacy than any other unit as you only share one wall - the kitchen wall - with your neighbors. Noise is definitely not an issue - you’ll hear the crashing waves before you hear your neighbors.

In order to maximize your comfort at the beach, four large beach towels are available for your use, along with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach umbrella. A house manual is located in the unit, describing in detail how everything works, and providing a few dining recommendations and emergency contacts.
